0-1000 square feet $75
1001-1500 square feet $125
1501 and above $200
Lodging Facilities: Based on number of rentable rooms.
$5.00 per room, minimum $80, maximum $250
Full Service Facilities: Based on number of rentable rooms.
$7.50 per room, minimum $80, maximum $500
Financial Institutions and Utilities: $150
Commercial Property Owners: $150
(If property owner is also business owner, the greater amount is the dues.)
Professional Services: $100
Fraternal and
Non-Profit Organizations: $100
Media/Radio/Newspaper: $150
*Friends of Downtown: Any individual wanting to support the SDDA $35
